How can I track my order?

You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email will be sent with a link.

How long will the delivery take?

It's really quick! Depending upon your address, the delivery time may vary between 7 working days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

How much will the shipping cost me?

The Redsky Store provides FREE shipping for all orders in India.

Can I cancel my order?

Once your order placed you can't cancel it.

Is "Cash on Delivery" Available?

We do not accept Cash on Delivery as of now.

What is a return and refund policy?

  • You are eligible to return most products purchased on The Redsky Store within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Do you deliver internationally?

We are not deliver our products internationally. We are delivering everywhere within India except containment zones. Please note, that some areas may be excluded from delivery.
